Kindleberger Summer Festival of the Perfoming Arts

Show Date	Saturday, July 12th 2008. 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (Artists are free to sell beyond 4:00 PM)
Location	Kindleberger Park, Riverview Drive Parchment, MI 49004
Media	Art and Crafts. All work must be entirely original and made by you. No kits, commercially produced molds, etc.
Selection	All entries will be reviewed for selection. Three pictures must be submitted that are representative of the media and quality of work that will be on display. It is to the artist's advantage to submit clear, well-photographed pictures.
Entry Fee	The $35.00 entry fee is due by June 1, 2008 for each space. (Fee will be refunded to entrants not accepted for show) for each space. After June 1st, the entry fee is $40. Make check payable to the Kindleberger Festival for the Performing Arts. No refunds will be made after acceptance to the show is granted.
Deadline	Application, entry fee, and pictures must be received by June 1, 2008. Late entries may be considered.
Acceptance	Please include with your application, a legal size (9 x 4), self-addressed, stamped envelope in which the selection result notification and pictures will be returned to you.
Liability	All exhibits are to be shown at the artist's risk. Artists agree to hold the City of Parchment, its Agents and Employees, the Kindleberger Festival of the Performing Arts and its Volunteers, and the Kindleberger Summer Festival and the Show Directors free from any and all liability.
Artist's Responsibility	Artists must provide his or her own display equipment as well as rain and sun protection. There are rest rooms and food booths available nearby. Set up will begin at 7:00 am and must be complete and vehicles moved to adjacent parking areas by 9:00 am. Each artist must completely clean his or her own space at the close of the show and remove all trash. Electricity is available.
Spaces	Spaces will be assigned and notice of the same will be mailed to you along with your pictures, if you are selected for our show. Most spaces measure 10 x 12 ft.
Rolls and coffee will be furnished free to the artist during setup. For more information, contact Heather Higby.
